Lost-wax jewellery casting in Lisbon
Have a carved wax or a 3D-printed resin model? We cast it in metal at the atelier and return it ready for your own finishing, or finished by us.
The service
Lost-wax casting turns a sculpted form into metal with all its detail. The model is encased in a refractory investment, the wax is burnt out in a kiln and the cavity it leaves is filled with molten metal.
We work with jewellery designers, goldsmiths, students and individuals with a project of their own. Before casting, we check the model with you: wall thickness, fragile areas and where the metal will flow in.
If you don't have a model yet, we can develop it from your drawing through our bespoke jewellery service.
What we do

- Removing sprues and cleaning the piece
- Finishing and polishing, if requested

What models can I send?
Jewellery wax or castable resin models. If you're unsure about the material, send us the reference first.
Which metals do you cast?
We cast in 925 silver. For other metals, ask for a quote with a description of the piece.
Can I post my model?
Yes. Pack it carefully, as wax and resin break easily, and let us know by email beforehand.
How much does it cost?
It depends on metal weight, size and finishing. Send us photos or the model file and we'll give you a price.
