Exchanges and Returns
The customer has 15 days, after receiving the order, to make the exchange or return.
To exchange/return the item, the customer must contact us via email at ignisjewellery.info@gmail.com , and send the warranty card, receipt or invoice.
- Exchanges and returns will only be made on items that are in the same condition as they were sent, with no signs of use.
- Exchanges or returns of personalized products (custom-made items, engravings, among others…) are not accepted.
- Shipping is the customer's responsibility, including costs, losses, damages that may occur during transport, delays.
Since it is a handmade production, it is normal that the pieces are not exactly the same as the item on display.
All products are checked upon arrival and only those that comply with the above conditions will be accepted. Ignis Jewellery reserves the right not to accept products that do not comply with the conditions.
After verification, the refund will be made using the same payment method.

The market will take place at the cultural space 8Marvila .

We will be at Hype Market in Alvalade, on November 30th and December 1st. We are counting on you!
February '25
Meet us on the 11th at the Santa Clara Market with Gourmet da Ladra.
We will also be at the Art & Flea Market Marvila on the 15th , in the cultural space 8Marvila.
We end the month on the 25th , at Mercado de Santa Clara , with Gourmet da Ladra.

On the first weekend, days 1 and 2 , meet us at the Santa Clara Market , organized by Com.Tradição.
